A browser-based 3D platformer game, that uses the mural graphics from Constanta Tourist Port as a trigger. The experience of the participants becomes complete for those who successfully pass the 4 levels, and claiming a physical prize at the end.

The Brief

BCR is one of the largest banks in Romania and what we can say about their mobile and internet banking service is that is has personality. George, the first intelligent banking is fueled by innovation and creativity, so in the summer of 2021, George collaborated with local artists in Constanta to upgrade the seaside marina. The result of the collaboration is a 50 meters long mural. The client’s request was to help them create an engaging game and a player reward mechanism that would give them visibility in the location. 

The Challenge

One of the main challenges was to limit the availability of the game in front of the mural from the tourist port of Constanta. Our goal being to promote that location, the focus was to give people a reason to come and not only to observe the art on the mural, but also to interact with it.

The Solution

A browser-based 3D platformer game, that uses the mural graphics from Constanta Tourist Port as a trigger. Thus, going through the game not only involves digital advancement through its levels but also extends the experience of exploring mural art. At each new level, players have to physically move to other graphics on the dock to be shown the next level. The experience of the participants becomes complete for those who successfully pass all 4 levels, by claiming a physical prize at the end.
